High-potential candidates will be supported through training and certification, including a unique opportunity to participate in an intensive 6-month training program in the United States. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform Inspections: Conduct UT inspections on various components and materials based on specific procedures and standards. * Equipment Mastery: Set up, calibrate, and operate advanced UT equipment. * Analysis: Interpret and evaluate inspection results against codes, standards, and customer specifications. * Reporting: Document findings and generate detailed technical inspection reports. * Mentorship: Assist in training and mentoring Level I technicians and trainees. * Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. WHAT YOU BRING * Certification: UT Level II or Level III certification (current or previously held). * We will consider strong candidates with at least 12 months of NDT experience willing to train toward certification. * Education: High School Diploma or CEGEP Degree. * Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret complex codes, standards, and technical specifications. * Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel to the U.S. for approximately six (6) months for specialized training. * Reliability: Flexibility to work in a laboratory/shop environment. Preferred Qualifications: * NAS-410 Level II or Level III certification. (Or CGSB/ASNT) * Experience with aerospace components and composite materials. * Additional NDT certifications (PT, MT, RT) are a major asset. WHY MISTRAS? What you’ll do

Requirements
