We are looking for a quality-focused, high energy, and well organized Model Technician to join our Essex Quantum Dental Lab in Windsor, ON Canada. *Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000 CAD, after 120 days of continuous employment.* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, vacation and holidays Flexible working hours Career advancement opportunities Investments in the latest technology Exclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodontics Job Description Primary Responsibilities & Skills: Prepare and organize dental models for processing in prep room, performing cleaning and disinfecting processes Read and follow directions on prescription. Be able to understand a doctors’ preferences Follow in-process laboratory Quality Assurance standards Pour, trim, section, and articulate stone models from patients’ impressions Operate and maintain a variety of dental laboratory tools and equipment such as: trimmers, lathes, saw, articulators, and cleaning devices Maintain dental tools and equipment with cleanliness and care Follow daily schedule and production goals Other duties as assigned or as otherwise required Qualifications Previous experience in a relevant field or dental lab environment preferred Excellent hand/eye coordination Ability to stand for extended hours and lift weight up to 20lbs Good communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Advanced die trimming experience is a plus Milling center environment, computer-based workstation. Ce que vous ferez

Prepare, pour, trim, and articulate dental stone models while following doctor prescriptions and quality standards. Maintain laboratory tools and equipment to meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Exigences

Requires a high school diploma and preferred experience in a dental lab environment. Candidates must have excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20lbs.
