Responsibilities: * Perform millwright duties including the repair and troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems and tools. * Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine and verify work procedures. * Provide troubleshooting support to maintenance personnel on electrical systems, PLC programming, and other technical issues as required. * Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts for overhaul, maintenance, or machinery setup. * Complete all required documentation including work orders, time sheets, logbook entries, and line book revisions in a timely manner. * Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives on the production line. * Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all assembly equipment. * Recommend critical spare parts requirements to support equipment reliability. * Participate actively in preventative maintenance programs and downtime reduction efforts. * Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs. * Prepare reports outlining issues encountered during shifts and other relevant updates. * Ensure clean, safe, and organized working conditions at all times. * Demonstrate professionalism in maintaining work area cleanliness and organization. * Comply with TS16949 and ISO14001 standards and requirements. * Follow all departmental procedures and company policies. * Adhere to all company health and safety regulations. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Hold a valid 433A license (mandatory). * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field. * Must be a licensed Millwright, Industrial Mechanic or equivalent. * Extensive experience with Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and mechanical systems and tools. * Machine Shop and MIG/TIG Welding experience an asset. * Electrical trouble shooting capabilities required.
