The technician will perform installation, repair, and preventative maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems for commercial and industrial clients. They are also responsible for diagnosing equipment malfunctions and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

The Cable Technician is responsible for identifying, installing, and terminating LVT communication cables while reading blueprints and verifying system installations. They must also manage inventory levels and coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure project completion.

The technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and preventative maintenance of refrigeration and mechanical equipment. This includes performing diagnostics on CO2 and Glycol racks and communicating updates to the team and customers.

The Service Technician will respond to service calls, perform scheduled maintenance, and conduct repairs on refrigeration and mechanical equipment, including performing diagnostics on systems like RTUs, MUAs, and Boilers. Responsibilities also include effectively communicating assignment updates, assisting estimators with quotes, building positive customer relationships, and maintaining the service vehicle.
