Track non-conformities, support root-cause analysis and corrective actions, organize safety drills, promote best practices, and collaborate across departments to improve processes.

Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of electrical building systems from concept through construction, including calculations, reports, specifications, drawings, site assessments, and construction administration. Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate with clients and project stakeholders; review and mentor junior staff; and support business development and proposals.
