What We Offer ✔ Competitive wage: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour (based on experience) ✔ Overtime opportunities available ✔ Long-term career stability with a well-established company ✔ Diverse and challenging maintenance work ✔ Supportive team environment ✔ Opportunities for training, development, and advancement ✔ Safety-focused workplace What You’ll Be Doing As a member of our Maintenance Team, you will: Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance activities Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using our CMMS system Order and track maintenance parts and inventory Perform welding, fabrication, and general maintenance repairs as required Work closely with Production and Operations teams to ensure equipment reliability Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience Manufacturing experience is considered a strong asset Experience troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and within a team environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong Assets Include Experience As: Millwright Industrial Mechanic Millwright Apprentice Maintenance Mechanic Maintenance Technician Machinist Why North West Rubber?
