Provide onsite Tier 1–2 technical support, troubleshoot endpoint, network, and infrastructure issues, and install or deploy hardware for client environments. Conduct proactive site visits, maintain accurate tickets and IT Glue documentation, communicate with clients, and coordinate follow-ups with internal teams.
