NLWS is dedicated to rehabilitate injured and/or orphaned British Columbia (Canada) native wildlife. We specialize in black and grizzly bears, as well as moose, deer and elk, but are open to all BC native wildlife. NLWS is active in community education and wherever possible participates in research that will benefit our wildlife.

The role involves providing nursing care, rehabilitation therapy, and administering medications and vaccines to animals under veterinary direction. Additionally, the technologist is responsible for collecting samples, performing laboratory tests, and assisting in research.
