Design, optimize, and implement Matawinie mine plans across long-, medium-, and short-term horizons, aligning mine strategy with operational capacity, costs, risks, and business objectives. Support the transition from construction to operations, improve productivity and cost performance, establish planning standards and performance indicators, and collaborate with technical teams and leadership while integrating health, safety, and environmental commitments.
