An exciting co-op opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Carseland site for a 8- 12-month term. Carseland Nitrogen Operations is located approximately 30 minutes outside of Calgary. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills. You will demonstrate the ability to effectively organize, coordinate, and accomplish multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proven critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive results and support our team’s success. What You Will Do Design and analysis of new and upgraded mechanical components Contribute to project work encompassing scope definition, tender document creation and ongoing support of contracts. Preform in field task support, troubleshooting, and failure analysis Assist in review of Work Order packages to ensure Quality of the WO package and completion Assist in ensuring that all the system completion documentation has been signed off Assist in QA/QC activities of the work performed by the contractors Do field walks for scoping and As-Building as needed What You'll Bring Engineering co-op student pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, preference is for work terms 4 and 5 Experience using Microsoft Office Suite Ready to make an impact with us? Requirements

Applicants must be co-op students pursuing a degree in mechanical engineering, with preference for students entering work terms four or five. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and strong interpersonal, communication, planning, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills are sought.
