The Nursery Technician is responsible for daily plant care, including watering, moisture monitoring, and data entry into the Organigrow system. They also perform safety inspections, maintain room cleanliness, and monitor for plant health or pest issues.

The technician is responsible for operating extraction equipment, performing THCA isolation, and maintaining accurate inventory and batch records. They must also ensure compliance with safety and quality standards while actively participating in KPI discussions to meet production goals.

The incumbent is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. They will also participate in troubleshooting production equipment and provide advisory support for new project implementations.
