We are currently recruiting a Service & Car Wash Technician to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair car wash equipment while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. You will work independently in the field, support customers across the region, and ensure equipment operates safely and reliably through efficient diagnosis and high quality service. As a Service & Car Wash Technician, you will: Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair car wash equipment and related products. Service coin‑operated wash bays, rollovers, and full‑sized tunnel car wash systems. Provide support throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and high‑pressure pumping equipment. Deliver high‑quality customer service while working independently in the field. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Required Competencies: Post‑secondary education in electrical/mechanical disciplines or equivalent experience. High energy, self‑motivated, and positive attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong customer service experience. Mechanically inclined with strong problem‑solving abilities. Experience with high‑pressure pumps, hydraulics, and compressors is an asset. Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract. Willingness to travel, participate in on‑call rotation, and work overtime.
