We are currently recruiting a Service & Car Wash Technician to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair car wash equipment while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. You will work independently in the field, support customers across the region, and ensure equipment operates safely and reliably through efficient diagnosis and high quality service. As a Service & Car Wash Technician, you will: Install, maintain, diagnose, and repair car wash equipment and related products. Service coin‑operated wash bays, rollovers, and full‑sized tunnel car wash systems. Provide support throughout Manitoba and Northern Ontario. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and high‑pressure pumping equipment. Deliver high‑quality customer service while working independently in the field. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Required Competencies: Post‑secondary education in electrical/mechanical disciplines or equivalent experience. High energy, self‑motivated, and positive attitude. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Strong customer service experience. Mechanically inclined with strong problem‑solving abilities. Experience with high‑pressure pumps, hydraulics, and compressors is an asset. Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract. Willingness to travel, participate in on‑call rotation, and work overtime. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing car wash equipment, including coin-operated bays, rollovers, and tunnel systems, while troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. This role requires providing high-quality service independently across Manitoba and Northern Ontario, ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably.

Candidates must possess post-secondary education in electrical or mechanical disciplines or equivalent experience, along with a valid driver's license and clean abstract. Essential attributes include being self-motivated, having strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently, with willingness to travel and participate in on-call rotations.
