The Field Service Technician will travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with point of sale, security, and wireless systems. They are also responsible for performing preventative maintenance, documenting service activities, and providing training to customers on equipment operation.

Perform maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems in supermarkets and cold storage facilities. Manage truck inventory, maintain customer relations, and mentor other technicians on HVAC/R programs.
