We're looking for a Residential Licensed HVAC Technician who runs their van like a business and wants the backing of a team that actually speaks HVAC. What You'll Be Doing: ● Running residential service calls solo — diagnosis, repair and replacement across furnaces, heat pumps, A/C, boilers and ventilation ● Full commissioning, advanced diagnostics on inverter-driven systems and A2L refrigerant handling ● Advising homeowners on energy upgrades and current rebate programs (OHPA, Enbridge HER+, Canada Greener Homes) ● IAQ installations — HRVs, ERVs, HEPA systems, humidifiers ● Mentoring junior apprentices on the job site What You Need: ● 313D Certificate of Qualification or 313A (Skilled Trades Ontario) ● TSSA G2 Gas Technician Licence ● ODP Card ● A2L Refrigerant Safety Certification (R-454B/R-32) ● WHMIS 2015 and Working at Heights certifications ● Valid Ontario G Licence — clean abstract What We Offer: ● Annually between $70000-$80000 — we pay for expertise, not just seniority ● Take-home company vehicle (GTA-based techs) ● A real career path — lead hand and supervisory opportunities for the right person ● A team that's been at this since 2010 and still cares about doing it right To Apply: Send your resume and a brief note on your certifications. What you’ll do
The technician will run residential service calls, diagnosing, repairing, and replacing HVAC systems. They will also advise homeowners on energy upgrades and mentor junior apprentices.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a 313D or 313A Certificate of Qualification, a TSSA G2 Gas Technician Licence, and other relevant certifications. A valid Ontario G Licence with a clean abstract is also required.
