Built on technical excellence, collaboration, and a commitment to safety and quality, we take on complex challenges together. #phasorinclusive What You'll Do Lead the structural and civil design of utility, industrial, and infrastructure projects from concept through detailed engineering Design steel and concrete structures, shallow and deep foundations, retaining walls, earthworks, and site development works Prepare and review engineering calculations, technical reports, drawings, and design documentation Ensure designs comply with applicable Canadian codes, standards, and safety in design principles Lead small to medium-sized design projects from initiation through completion with minimal supervision Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams and support construction activities as required Attend client meetings and build strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders Manage multiple projects while delivering high-quality work within established schedules What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) 10+ years of Civil and Structural engineering experience Strong technical knowledge of structural engineering design, including steel and concrete structures, shallow and deep foundations Experience with civil design, including site preparation, earthworks, and retaining walls Working knowledge of applicable Canadian engineering codes and standards Proficiency with STAAD.Pro and AutoCAD; experience with RISA or similar structural analysis software is considered an asset Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills Previous experience in industrial civil projects is preferred Experience working in an EPC environment and/or high-voltage utility substation design is considered an asset Expected annual salary: $95,000–$135,000 (actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and market conditions.) #phasorinclusive Why Phasor Engineering At Phasor Engineering, you'll have the opportunity to be part of some of North America's most complex utility, industrial, and infrastructure projects while collaborating with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team.
