We are looking for a skilled, safety-minded Maintenance Electrician to join our Maintenance team in a full-time role. In this hands-on role, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, program, calibrate and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment. You will help maximize uptime across the facility by completing corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on plant equipment, controls, motors, drives, wiring systems, lighting, stand-by power systems, instrumentation and related equipment. What You’ll Do Respond in a timely manner to machine breakdown to maximize equipment uptime Maintain organized and tidy work areas including clean-up after machine repairs Respond in a timely manner to emergency “call in” for facility and equipment repairs Perform welding and fabrication as required Maintain plant plumbing for steam and water leaks Complete prescribed corrective and preventative maintenance as assigned Assist with maintenance of parts inventory by monitoring stock levels and making re-order requests Assist in maintaining a safe plant environment through prompt response to safety work requests/observations Assist with engineering and continuous improvement development of dies with the technical department Maintain batteries and chargers for lift trucks Work with other contractors as required Follow safe and proper housekeeping practices Perform other tasks as assigned Ensure the requirements of ISO 9001 and Polycorp's QMS are conformed with.
