Under the supervision of the Payroll Coordinator, the incumbent works closely with the Senior Payroll Technician as well as the Talent–Culture–Leadership team to support activities related to payroll preparation. Responsibilities: • Enter timesheet hours and perform other data entries in the payroll system; • Input all personal information of new employees into the CMiC system; • Produce various weekly end-of-payroll reports; • Complete employees’ Records of Employment (ROEs); • Obtain hiring numbers and process terminations with the CCQ; • Draft employment confirmation letters for site employees; • Respond to employee inquiries; • Perform any other related duties. Education, Qualifications, and Experience: • Hold an AEC or DEC in Accounting; • Have 1 to 3 years of experience in payroll processing; • Possess an advanced level of English; • Have strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; • Be efficient, detail-oriented, and thorough; • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
