Security Systems Field Service Technician 📍 Locations: Toronto, Greater Toronto, (ON) Multiple Openings Full-Time | Onsite | Direct Hire ⚠️ This is NOT a remote role. It requires on-site work at project/site locations. Candidates must be willing to relocate if outside of these provinces. We are seeking Field Service Technicians to join this dynamic team and support security system installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain electronic security systems (access control, video surveillance, alarms, etc.). Respond to service calls based on priority and resolve system issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with company standards while performing installations and repairs. Provide expert recommendations to clients regarding system usage and maintenance. Document service activities, issue reports, and maintain inventory of repair parts. Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. Required Qualifications ✅ Certification (Must have at least one): Milestone, Genetec, C-Cure. ✅ Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of recent field service or installation experience in an electronic security company. Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions (Citizens and valid PR holders will be prioritized) Ability to work on-call on a rotational basis, covering after-hours & weekend emergency calls. Ability to work on call and out of town when necessary Climb ladders that extend up to 24 ft. in height Carry items up to 75 pounds. Requirements

Candidates must hold at least one Milestone, Genetec, or C-Cure certification and have 1–3 years of recent field service or installation experience with an electronic security company. They must be eligible to work in Canada without restrictions, able to work rotational on-call shifts and travel when needed, and capable of climbing ladders up to 24 feet and carrying up to 75 pounds.
