What You'll Be Doing We are a rapidly growing equipment rental business specializing in Aerial/Construction equipment. Based in Elmira, we are expanding our footprint across Southern Ontario and are seeking top talent—high-performing, safety-driven professionals who take pride in exceptional workmanship and want to grow with a strong team. Responsibilities Maintain and repair company assets, including aerial fleet, telehandlers and construction equipment Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement effective repairs Restore equipment to proper working conditions in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines Complete accurate service and repair documentation Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and vehicle safety Follow and support scheduled maintenance programs Qualifications Core Requirements Dependable, professional, and consistently committed to safety Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and coworkers Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge 10+ years of relevant mechanical experience (aerial equipment) Experience repairing scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers and construction equipment Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems Proven electrical troubleshooting and repair skills Valid Ontario Driver’s License Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Strong mechanical aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset Factory training/certification: JCB, Genie, Skyjack, Haulotte *wage will reflect experience and licenses At Premier Equipment Rentals, we are committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible work environment, where all employees feel valued, respected and supported.
