Collects blood and urine specimens from inpatients, outpatients, and staff, and prepares samples for referral to licensed laboratories and distribution of results. Supports Point of Care Testing programs and helps maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and a safe working environment while following organizational policies.

The Behavioural Technologist provides outreach support, education, and consultation to clients, families, and Developmental Service Agencies. They focus on risk management for individuals with dual diagnoses to prevent justice system involvement.
