Duties Include: Concrete repair Post tensioning Concrete demolition Concrete placement and finishing Light Formwork Rebar replacement Coating applications/waterproofing Epoxy injection Equipment Grouting Sandblasting Job Requirements: Understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials 1-5+ years of prior construction experience preferred but not required Post tensioning experience is a plus Enrollment into union Liuna 1611 (Construction and Specialized Workers Union) is required after the first 2 weeks of employment Must be open to traveling Must be flexible in working day shift and night shift hours, depending on the job schedules Ability to lift 50 pounds Comfortable working at high heights as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems Comfortable working on or around water as some projects may require this Reliable transportation to travel to and from project sites locally and / or out of town (if selected for out-of-town projects) Hourly Range: $30-34/hr Vector Restoration, a Pullman Company, is proud of a company culture that promotes 24/7 safety and quality. The Concrete Repair Technician will perform various structural restoration tasks including concrete repair, post-tensioning, demolition, and finishing. They are responsible for operating construction equipment and applying specialized coatings or waterproofing materials across project sites.

Candidates should have 1-5 years of construction experience and the ability to work at heights or around water. The role requires flexibility for day and night shifts, travel, and mandatory enrollment in the Liuna 1611 union.
