We are looking for a L2 Support Technician with hands-on experience in Manufacturing IT / Production environments. 🔹 Key Skills: • MES / Manufacturing Execution Systems • Production-line & endpoint support • Barcode scanners, barcode printers, printers, scanners & smart devices • ServiceNow / ITSM • Incident, Problem & Change Management • SLA & Incident Management • Issue triage and cross-functional coordination • OEM / Vendor / Stakeholder coordination • Shift-based production support 🔹 Preferred Experience: • Manufacturing IT / ShopFloor Support • MES / Production systems • Production-line / line-side IT support 🔹 Language Requirements: French and English

What you’ll do

Requirements

Hands-on experience in Manufacturing IT, shop-floor support, MES or production systems, and production-line IT support is sought. The role requires French and English, along with experience in ITSM, incident management, issue triage, and shift-based production support.
