Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain overhead crane and lifting equipment at customer sites throughout Ontario, including diagnosing failures and recommending corrective actions. Maintain positive customer relationships by providing guidance on safe equipment use, documenting service work, and preparing reports with repairs, parts used, and future maintenance recommendations.

Assist with inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing overhead cranes and lifting equipment at customer sites, including preventive maintenance and equipment adjustments. Support senior technicians, document work and service recommendations, and communicate professionally with customers and other site personnel.

Develop structural solutions for material-handling projects, including preliminary studies, load and stress calculations, structural models, engineering deliverables, and drawing reviews. Support sales and project teams, ensure designs meet technical, safety, legal, and contractual requirements, approve drawings under Quebec engineering law, and provide technical assistance and audits at project sites.
