Location: Saint John's, NL Duties: · Inspecting the inside and periphery of properties on a recurring schedule to identify infestation source, extent of damage, and access to infested locations. · Preparing and applying product on infested areas using mechanical or electric sprayer and setting traps as per regulatory guidelines · Offering recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestation. · Studying preliminary reports of infested area and determining the treatment type required to eliminate and prevent recurrence of infestation. · Ensuring all work is documented and submitted electronically after each visit. · Performing other duties as required · Structural Exterminator License not required but preferred · Valid Driver’s license / clean driving record · High School diploma or equivalent · Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service and time management skills · Ability to work as part of a team · A successful criminal background check · You are paid during your training, and any certifications you require the company will pay for! · Company vehicle! The technician will inspect properties to identify pest infestations and apply appropriate treatments according to regulatory guidelines. They are also responsible for providing preventative recommendations to clients and maintaining accurate electronic documentation of all work performed.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Strong communication and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to pass a criminal background check.
