We’re growing and looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist (Revit + BIM) to join the #PeopleOfRepublic. What You’ll Do Produce high-quality construction documents for some of Republic’s most complex, interesting, and diverse projects; Collaborate with like-minded architects, interior designers, technologists, and multi-disciplinary consultant teams; Participate and lead the building design process from project inception through to design, construction documents, and construction administration; Work in Revit producing detailed models and construction documents to Republic and client BIM standards; Lead the identification and resolution of building technology issues; Deliver a vast range of project typologies across Canada with a variety of clients; and Mentor junior technologists, create and maintain standard details, and conduct drawing reviews and markups. Qualifications A diploma in architectural or engineering technology from a recognized institution. 10+ years of related experience. Proficiency in Revit and BIM. A strong command of construction drawings and building science, with the judgment to resolve detailing issues independently.
