Role Description This full-time Technician role is an on-site position located in Verona, ON. The Technician will perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford and Lincoln vehicles, including routine services such as oil changes, brake work, tire services, and inspections. Responsibilities include using diagnostic equipment, following manufacturer service procedures, documenting work performed, and communicating clearly with service advisors and other team members. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe work area, adhering to safety standards, and participating in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology. Qualifications • 310S license Relevant technical skills in automotive diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, with the ability to follow manufacturer specifications and use modern diagnostic tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, including careful attention to detail and accurate documentation of findings and completed work. Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with service advisors, other technicians, and customers in a professional manner. Commitment to safety and quality, including adherence to health and safety guidelines and best practices in the workshop. Ford experience an asset. Ability to work on-site full time in Verona, ON, with reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer-focused mindset. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with new vehicle technology and service procedures.
