About The Job Lead in the successful completion of residential electrical & HVAC projects Perform residential service & install work on Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, and heating systems Contribute to departmental growth through project targets and new electrical initiatives Educate customers on the operation of their residential electrical infrastructure Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams. Keep your company truck clean, inside and out. Keep your truck inventory up to date. Maintain a clean and professional appearance. Have and maintain a clean driving record. Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional. Strive to make each customer experience outstanding for our customers Contribute to our high standards of health and safety Education/Experience/Skills Must be a level 3 Apprentice or Journeyperson Background in residential electrical work Must have demonstrated strong technical and customer service skills and company metrics in current and previous roles. Valid Driver's License with a clean record Clear criminal record Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a positive, can-do attitude Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment Strong customer service skills and good communication skills Benefits At Furnaceguys we expect a lot from our employees. Lead the installation and service of residential electrical and HVAC systems, including air conditioners and heat pumps. Educate customers on their electrical infrastructure while maintaining professional communication with dispatch and management.

Candidates must be a Level 3 Apprentice or Journeyperson with a background in residential electrical work and a clean driving record. A clear criminal record and the ability to work from heights are also required.
