Responsibilities Lead the structural analysis and design for global energy projects ensuring compliance with industry codes and standards Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including geotechnical, mechanical, and civil engineers to deliver integrated solutions Conduct structural assessments and provide expert recommendations for maintenance, rehabilitation, or failure investigations Develop detailed engineering reports, technical specifications, and construction documentation Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers and project staff to enhance team capabilities Interact with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective engineering solutions Stay current with advancements in structural engineering and energy sector technologies to innovate and improve project outcomes Oversee quality control processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of structural engineering work Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred Minimum of 15 plus years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on energy infrastructure projects Proficient in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or similar tools Strong knowledge of international building codes and standards relevant to energy-related structures Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Demonstrated experience in project leadership and team collaboration in a global engineering environment Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly Benefits Extended Healthcare Plan (Medical, Disability, Dental & Vision) RPP - Group RRSP Group Life - AD&D - Critical Illness Insurance Paid Time Off Benefits Work From Home - Flexible hours Training & Development
