The Lab Technician is responsible for analyzing raw, in-process, and finished pea-based products using established laboratory methods and SOPs. They also provide technical assistance to production, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Analyze raw, in-process, and finished pea-based products using established laboratory methods, and maintain accurate results and records in laboratory notebooks, Excel, LIMS, and SAP. Monitor and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, manage samples, support production testing and method development, and help ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
