Job summary
We are currently looking for a Lead Pharmacy Technician to join our Home Delivery Operations team. We are seeking someone who enjoys working collaboratively, supporting others, and contributing to a positive environment where people feel respected, supported, and motivated to deliver excellent work. This is a fully on-site position in order to foster collaboration and daily support among team members. RESPONSIBILITIES * Work closely with the manager and operations coordinator on daily operations and team coordination * Guide, support, and mentor team members on a daily basis * Provide professional, compassionate, and patient-centered service, and share best practices with the team * Ensure high-quality data entry and documentation * Participate in employee onboarding, training, and development * Act as a resource person for the team and help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment * Actively contribute to the implementation of new operational tools and systems (e.g., PTMS, new processes, workflows, etc.) * Participate in the development and facilitation of workshops, training sessions, and team meetings * Contribute to maintaining quality standards and operational best practices QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and respect at all times * Positive and collaborative mindset * Comfortable supporting, training, and guiding others * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities * Strong attention to detail and quality * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change * Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, logistics, customer service, or operations is considered an asset * Leadership or training experience is considered an asset WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who leads by example, treats others with respect, and contributes to a positive and professional culture.
