The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on buildings, units, and common areas to ensure safe and functional living conditions. They also respond to tenant work orders, maintain accurate service records, and collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations.
