BIM Technician - MEP/Mechanical

We are looking for an BIM Technician –MEP/Mechanical to join our Egypt team, supporting the development and delivery of high-quality Mechanical MEP BIM models and technical documentation for complex engineering projects. Key Job Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain Mechanical MEP BIM models in accordance with project requirements, design information, and company standards Produce detailed Mechanical BIM models, drawings, layouts, and associated technical documentation throughout the design lifecycle Coordinate Mechanical models with Architecture, Civil, Structural, Electrical, and other engineering disciplines Identify and resolve clashes, coordination issues, inconsistencies, and design discrepancies Incorporate engineering design changes, comments, and revisions into BIM models and associated deliverables Support BIM coordination activities, model reviews, and multidisciplinary design coordination Ensure BIM models and Mechanical deliverables comply with project requirements, BIM standards, and Sener quality procedures Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, MEP Engineering, Engineering Technology, BIM, or a related discipline 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical MEP BIM modeling/modelling Proven experience developing and coordinating Mechanical MEP BIM models for complex engineering projects Strong understanding of Mechanical MEP systems and multidisciplinary engineering coordination Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and relevant BIM modeling tools Experience producing Mechanical BIM models, drawings, layouts, and technical documentation Strong understanding of BIM workflows, model coordination, revisions, and information management Rail & Metro experience is preferred Preferred Qualifications: Experience working on Rail & Metro projects Experience with international engineering consultancies Experience on large-scale infrastructure or building projects Familiarity with BIM coordination and digital engineering workflows Experience working within multidisciplinary engineering environments Why Join Sener? Requires a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or MEP Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and experience with large-scale infrastructure or rail projects is preferred.
