We are looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Egypt team, supporting the design and delivery of large-scale building structures across multidisciplinary engineering projects. Key Job Responsibilities: Support the design and development of structural systems for large-scale building projects across concept, preliminary, detailed, and IFC design stages. Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, technical reports, specifications, and other engineering documentation. Assist with the design of reinforced concrete, steel, and other structural systems for complex building structures. Coordinate structural designs with Architecture, Civil, MEP, Geotechnical, and other multidisciplinary engineering teams. Ensure structural designs comply with project requirements, applicable standards, codes, and Sener quality procedures. Support structural analysis and design calculations and contribute to efficient engineering solutions. Review structural drawings and design documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews, technical workshops, and design coordination activities. Support the identification and resolution of structural design issues and multidisciplinary coordination conflicts. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. 2–4 years of structural engineering experience. Proven experience in the design of large-scale building structures. Strong experience in structural analysis, modelling, and design of large-scale building structures. Experience in reinforced concrete and/or steel structural design. Experience preparing structural calculations, drawings, technical reports, and engineering documentation. Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and design methodologies. Experience coordinating structural designs within multidisciplinary engineering teams. Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD Pro, or equivalent, along with AutoCAD. Experience with Revit Structure and BIM workflows is an advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with international engineering consultancies. Experience on large-scale building and infrastructure projects. Rail & Metro experience is desirable. Familiarity with international structural standards and building codes. Experience with BIM coordination and digital engineering workflows. Why Join Sener?
