Join our Real Estate team and play a key role in managing and maintaining critical property information. Your Responsibilities Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, maps, and layouts related to lands, properties, and infrastructure assets; conduct field visits to collect measurements, verify site conditions, and document existing features while ensuring compliance with established standards, procedures, and best practices. Maintain and update inventories, records, and associated data related to lands and properties managed by the Corporation. Monitor the use and maintenance of the electronic mapping system. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding technical drawings, mapping data, land ownership records, property boundaries, land classifications, leases, and other real estate-related information. Provide technical field and office support to the Real Estate Management team and other departments in support of land management, mapping, and property-related activities, as required. Your Profile College diploma in Urban Planning or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years of experience preparing and producing technical drawings, plans, and topographic mapping. Strong knowledge of surveying principles, mapping techniques, and design software, including AutoCAD Map and/or geodetic applications. Familiarity with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and geospatial data management. Basic knowledge of land management systems, land registry records, and database management systems. Ability to interpret property records, cadastral plans, legal land descriptions, and related documentation. Fluently bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in Ontario and Quebec. Valid driver's licence (Class G in Ontario or Class 5 in Quebec) with an acceptable and insurable driving record. Available to undergo a medical examination and a functional capacity evaluation. Ability to work effectively in a combination of indoor office and outdoor field environments. Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Corporation's territory as required.
