Develop and coordinate complex, discipline-specific BIM models using Autodesk Revit across all project stages. Lead model production and coordination processes, ensuring accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project standards.

The BIM Technician prepares electrical drawing packages, including plans, layouts, and schematics using Autodesk Revit. They are responsible for modifying BIM models based on design changes and collaborating with other disciplines to resolve interferences.

The BIM Technician will model and design mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection using Revit. They will also collaborate with project teams to resolve interferences and ensure drawing accuracy in compliance with company standards.
