Job Opportunity This Maintenance Millwright 433A reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for performing day-to-day tasks in the maintenance department, complete building repairs and projects with minimal supervision. Support all departments as needed. What you will be doing: * Performs minor plumbing repairs and installations. * Operates floor scrubbing equipment * Assists with periodic sprinkler system testing. * Maintains the grounds maintenance including, debris cleanup, removing snow, and ice. * Performs routine painting, light bulb changes and other related maintenance. * Trims shrubbery and cultivates flower beds in season. * Performs other job duties as assigned.
