Work Location Kelowna Valens Agritech Facility About the Role Exciting Opportunity: Quality Control Technician I Are you detail-oriented and ready to play a key role in maintaining product safety and compliance? We’re looking for a Quality Control Technician I (QC Tech I) to join our team and help ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP), Good Production Practices (GPP), and Health Canada regulations. In this role, you'll perform in-process checks, review documentation, approve room and equipment releases, and support product sampling. If you have a background in science or cannabis, strong analytical skills, and a sharp eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. The QC Technician I is responsible for maintaining product safety and compliance through in-process checks, environmental swabbing, and documentation review. They also handle product sampling and approve room and equipment releases according to Health Canada regulations.

Candidates need over one year of experience in a scientific or cannabis-related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with safe food handling or HACCP is considered a strong asset.
