The Opportunity We are looking for a full-time candidate to fill the Lab Technician position who will support the Operations Manager and manufacturing team. The selected candidate will also be provided with health benefits with premiums fully paid by the company after probation period. Free parking is available on site. Responsibilities Working with electro-mechanical products in a manufacturing environment Use of microscope to carry out various assembly and inspection duties Working with micro dispensers and other equipment for assembly Assembly in a laboratory environment Requirements High school or equivalent education Minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in a related field Comfortable reading text and following written instructions Attributes Manual dexterity Attention to detail Hand-eye co-ordination under microscope Communication skills Ability to work within a team and collaborative environment Ability to learn new skills in areas of manufacturing Shift From 7:30am to 4:00pm Salary Range CAD$18 Hourly The above information on this job description and specification has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this job.
