Casing Technician

Mississauga, Ontario, Canada – Onsite Casing Technician Join Sonova’s Production team and help create high-quality custom hearing instruments that improve people’s lives. In this hands-on role, you will perform detailed casing, finishing, and quality-control activities while ensuring each product meets our quality standards. Responsibilities: Plan and organize daily casing activities. Case and close custom ITE, ITC, and CIC hearing instruments. Apply lacquer to the inside of clear shells. Perform complete quality-control inspections according to Sonova’s ISO Quality Policy Manual. Follow production procedures and detailed work instructions accurately. Complete additional production-related tasks assigned by the Production Manager. More about you: Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. Good hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow instructions precisely. Strong communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
