Support, maintain, and improve practices related to the production of new products and existing processes. In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To Act as the first technical responder for issues related to quality, performance, or process stability (compression molding, extrusion, gluing) Analyze root causes, document findings, and implement sustainable corrective actions Participate in new product launches, process changes, and production trials Make the necessary adjustments, validations, and tests during the production phase Optimize and document critical process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, gluing methods) Work closely with the engineering, quality, production, and maintenance teams Contribute to the validation of production tools and equipment (presses, automated cells, gluing equipment) Participate in the implementation or modification of production equipment and facilities Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain robust process standards Train and support team leaders and operators, and ensure structured knowledge transfer Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, and act as a reference for risk analysis and corrective actions To join a team that values your ingenuity, send us your application! What you’ll do

The Production Technician will act as the first technical responder for quality and process stability issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions. They will also participate in new product launches and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should have a DEC in plastics technology or mechanical engineering, or a bachelor's degree in a related field. Relevant experience and a good understanding of industrial equipment and processes are preferred.
