We're currently looking to expand our team with a dedicated CVIP Licensed Heavy-Duty Trailer Technician. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: * Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailer systems, including brakes, suspensions, lights, wiring, doors, and flooring * Perform preventative maintenance and CVIP inspections * Use diagnostic tools and manuals to identify issues * Help maintain accurate service records and reports for the Rental Department * Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and safely * Keep work area clean and organized * Collaborate with team members and communicate with Rental and Service personnel ---------------------------------------- Qualifications: · 2+ years of experience in trailer repair or heavy-duty vehicle maintenance preferred · Valid CVIP licence, strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills * Knowledge of air brake systems, electrical wiring, suspension, and some hydraulic systems * Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings * Valid driver’s license (Class one or three licence an asset) * What We Offer: · Competitive pay based on experience · Tool, health, dental, and insurance benefits · Retirement plan options * Ongoing training and career development * Safe, supportive, and team-focused work environment * Life Coach available
