Compensation & Benefits: $43-$45/hr plus $6000 bonus in 1st year: $2000 signing bonus at 3 months $2000 midway bonus at 6 months $2000 final bonus at 12 months Company RRSP with matching contributions Comprehensive health benefits (dental, vision, extended health) Life & disability insurance Wellness program (EAP) Paid time off On-site parking Tuition reimbursement & career development opportunities All tools, uniforms, PPE, and boot allowance are provided Company events & a supportive team culture Competitive compensation package RESPONSIBILTIES Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mechanical equipment (presses, slitters, dies, conveyors, etc.) Perform preventative maintenance on hydraulic, pneumatic, motorized, and mechanical production machinery Troubleshoot PLCs (Siemens & Allen Bradley) Inspect equipment performance to identify hazards, adjustments, or replacements Disassemble, repair, and reassemble defective mechanical equipment Read and interpret diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specs Use fabrication, machining, and welding skills as needed Perform light electrical troubleshooting and basic electrical design work Maintain an organized stockroom for mechanical/electrical parts Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by following all policies and procedures REQUIRMENTS Licensed Millwright (433A) 12-hour continentals 3–5 years of mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing (metal processing or high-volume fabrication is ideal) Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Ability to work rotating shifts (2-week rotation) A motivated, safety-focused professional with pride in their work If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a company that invests in its people, apply today and take the next step in your Millwright career!
