Stubbe’s Precast is a family owned company that started in 1982 by supplying precast to the agricultural market. Today it services the agricultural and commercial markets. It also produces hollowcore, wall panels, double T’s, beams and columns and a variety of specialty precast. In recent years Stubbe’s Precast has expanded into the Redi-mix markets as well. The Maintenance Millwright is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment and utilities within precast manufacturing plants. This includes performing mechanical repairs, executing preventive maintenance, and facilitating the installation of new equipment.

Perform structural analysis and design for precast structures and other elements in accordance with relevant codes. Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
