Coordinate workflow and technical activities across Flow Cytometry, including protocol development, test validation, and evaluation of new technologies and methodologies. Support staffing schedules, orientation and training, performance improvement, teaching, and collaboration with laboratory and hospital teams.

Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient patients while adhering to safe radiation practices. Coordinate daily schedules and maintain equipment and documentation according to departmental policies.
