*Industry:* HVAC / Heat Pumps We are expanding our residential heat-pump operations in Quebec and are looking for an experienced *Quebec HVAC/Refrigeration professional* to join our company. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with residential heat pumps and refrigeration systems and understands Quebec?s RBQ licensing and regulatory requirements. *Qualifications* Candidates should have: * Valid Quebec refrigeration qualifications applicable to heat-pump work * SF-1, SF-2 and/or CCQ refrigeration competency certification, as applicable * Experience installing and servicing residential heat pumps * Knowledge of RBQ requirements for refrigeration contractors * Knowledge of Quebec HVAC codes and regulations * Experience with Hydro-Québec LogisVert installations is a strong asset * Halocarbon environmental qualification where applicable * Ability to supervise and ensure compliant HVAC/refrigeration work *Strong preference will be given to candidates who have experience serving as an RBQ guarantor/qualifying person for refrigeration contractor licensing, including RBQ subclasses 15.9 and/or 15.10.* *Responsibilities* * Provide technical oversight for heat-pump installations * Ensure installations comply with Quebec regulations and applicable codes * Support the company?s RBQ licensing and compliance requirements * Review installation procedures and quality standards * Provide technical guidance to HVAC installation teams * Ensure required documentation is properly completed * Help maintain compliance for installations eligible for Quebec heat-pump incentive programs *Compensation* Competitive salary based on qualifications, licensing and experience.
