Complete broker paperwork for international shipping. Ensuring time efficiency when filing orders. Research, identify and communicate cost. Assist with maintaining inventory. Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture. Parts Technician (Heavy Equipment) Qualifications: Journeyperson and Apprentices will be considered for this position. Apprentices must be in good standing with AIT. Prior CAT - SIS experience is considered a strong asset. Prior Komatsu experience is beneficial. GET/Undercarriage knowledge is an asset. Prior experience working as a Journeyperson Mechanic or mechanical background is considered a strong asset. Working with Inventory Assist with Shipping Parts to USA with XPO, UPS, or Manitoulin. The Parts Technician is responsible for managing inventory, processing orders through electronic systems, and handling international shipping documentation. They must also ensure workplace safety and maintain efficient communication regarding parts costs and availability.

Candidates must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license, have a reliable vehicle, and possess CSA-approved steel-toed boots. A background as a Journeyperson or Apprentice in heavy equipment mechanics is required, with preference given to those with CAT-SIS or Komatsu experience.
