Health Coverage: Comprehensive benefits - Medical, Dental, Life, Vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan with partial company match Company-provided iPhone and iPad Paid vacation and holidays Fully equipped company truck with parts, equipment, and gas card Training & Development: Continuous education and advancement opportunities Company Culture: Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities: Perform service calls for leaks, clogs, fixture repairs, water heaters, softeners, and more Diagnose, consult and perform residential plumbing services and repairs, and provide estimates Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about solutions and options Offer upgrades and system improvements when appropriate Occasionally assist with or complete minor installations as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace and vehicle Ensure safety for yourself, your team, and the customer’s home Accurately document work performed and materials used Qualifications and Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience Strong understanding of plumbing systems and installation methods Ability to communicate clearly with customers, team members, and dispatch A self-motivated, detail-oriented mindset with leadership potential Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Work Environment: Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust. Requires 2-4 years of hands-on residential plumbing experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces or outdoor environments.
