Synergy Home Solutions is a professional HVAC company dedicated to delivering reliable, high quality heating and cooling services. We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Technician (G2) to join our growing team. Minimum Requirements Valid G2 Gas Technician certification — mandatory ODP certification — mandatory Clean and valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record HVAC service and troubleshooting experience is an asset Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Responsibilities Provide professional HVAC service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs Provide excellent service and customer support during in-home visits Diagnose HVAC and gas-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions Build and maintain positive relationships with customers Explain equipment issues and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners Complete work safely, efficiently, and according to applicable codes and standards Maintain a clean and professional work area Complete service documentation and communicate job details with the office Represent Synergy Home Solutions professionally at every customer interaction Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC Systems. Ability to read and interpret schematics, piping layouts and blue prints. Proficient with hand tools, power tools and diagnostic instruments. Familiarity with Gas Code and regulations related to HVAC.
