Hiring ASAP: Heavy Duty Mechanic (Power Gen / HVAC focus) | Saskatoon, SK | $40–$46/hr Hi everyone – I’m recruiting with TalentSphere and we need a strong HD Mechanic in Saskatoon right away (ideally starting within the next 3 weeks). The Role We’re looking for an independent, hands-on Heavy Duty Mechanic who is comfortable working both in the shop and as a field tech. You’ll focus on maintenance and repairs of diesel engines, power generation equipment, HVAC systems, and related mechanical systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems Working independently in both shop and on-site/field environments Completing service documentation and reporting equipment condition Occasional customer-site visits and equipment demonstrations Mentoring junior techs when needed Ideal Candidate Strong Heavy Duty mechanical experience (this is the primary focus) Power Generation experience is a big plus Journeyman or Red Seal certification preferred 3–5+ years diagnosing and repairing diesel engines / HD equipment Comfortable reading schematics and working independently Own the tools for the trade Valid driver’s licence with clean abstract Ability to lift up to 45 lbs Details $40–$46 per hour Full-time Saskatoon, SK Mix of shop + field work Urgent need – looking to fill within 3 weeks If you’re an independent HD Mechanic who can hit the ground running and has solid diesel / power gen experience, please message me or apply through TalentSphere.
