Revit Based Interior Designer West Toronto, Ontario Established Architecture & Design Firm - HYBRID Industrial & Commercial Projects $70-85k + 4 weeks holidays Other Titles: Interior Revit Designer, Revit Technologist More About Our Client TalentSphere is partnering with a great architectural firm with offices across Canada looking to add an Revit based Interior Designer to their Toronto office. This Revit based firm specializes in distribution and warehousing, automotive and office buildings, manufacturing and cold storage and food, industrial multi-tenant and retail projects. Candidates focused in residential work will not be considered for this role. The Role Working with the Interior Design Director or Project Lead, you will contribute to the technical delivery of a variety of interior projects. You will work closely with designers, consultants, suppliers and clients to ensure drawings and documentation are accurate, coordinated and delivered to a high standard. What They Seek Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology or a related discipline. Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience within an interior design, architecture or similar professional design environment. Strong proficiency in Revit - minimum 2 years on the job experience on large technical projects; industrial and commercial projects over 10M in valuation Experience with SketchUp and Enscape; Lumion is considered an asset. Ability to participate in the selection of FFE and materials - word with vendors Strong ability to prepare and coordinate plans, elevations, details, schedules and construction documentation. Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture and construction methods. Experience coordinating with consultants, suppliers and other project stakeholders. Ability to contribute to client meetings - support client presentations Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines. Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills. Comfortable participating in project meetings, client presentations and occasional site visits. Requirements

A diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline, with approximately 5–8 years of relevant professional experience. Requires strong Revit proficiency, including at least two years of on-the-job experience with large technical projects, plus knowledge of interior materials, finishes, furniture, construction methods, and project coordination.
